Geez! I'm am so not the pie maker & I am in awe that you made so many - and PECAN pie (I wouldn't even attempt this one)! I am drooling here!

I have yet to be ready for Thanksgiving. Do you freeze them to preserve their deliciousness and if you do, how are they when thawed?

I need to get a move on. Because I have just realized that there won't be five for dinner. But 14. And my housekeeper is coming Wednesday afternoon. So being in the kitchen then will not be such a good idea. Ugh.

How do you keep them until Thanksgiving? Do you freeze them, refrigerate them or just keep them on the counter?

Mmmm.... looking forward to pies already. I am headed out of town to visit family for Thanksgiving this year. My grandma tried to tell me that we would just buy pies from Marie Calendars to eat. Bleh. That's like a dirty word at my house. I am packing my recipes and required kitchen tools and I will make pies when I get there.

One question. How do you keep your family out of the food until Thanksgiving? I would have to start all over again. I plan to make the dough for my rolls tomorrow but won't bake them til that day. I'll probably do the pies early next week.
